Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use JambaGrad. You are responsible for the information you provide during registration, for keeping your password secret, and for everything that happens under your account. One person, one account — accounts are not transferable.

Use JambaGrad for legitimate study, project and startup activity. Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, fraudulent or infringing; do not attempt to probe, overload or scrape the service; do not impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations. Hackathon prizes, grants and opportunities must be pursued honestly — falsified work is grounds for removal.

You keep ownership of everything you create on JambaGrad. To operate the service you grant us a worldwide licence to host, back up, display and format that content for you and the audiences you share it with. When you delete content, that licence ends.

Vesting agreements, equity splits, grant applications and similar artefacts created with JambaGrad tools are templates and records — they are not legal advice, and we are not a party to agreements you make with other members. Get independent advice before signing anything with real-world consequences.

You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and its users. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data first.

JambaGrad is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — or ₹1,000 if you have paid nothing.

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to use JambaGrad after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, close your account before they take effect.
